Quantic Dream, the French developer behind the games Fahrenheit (or Indigo Prophecy in the US) and Heavy Rain, has been a major investment for Sony in recent years, and their next title Beyond: Two Souls is set to break ground yet again on October 8. If you’re like us at SonyRumors, you’re always looking for great deals on new games, and Amazon has just put offered one that’s very promising.
Amazon’s promotional material reads as follows:
For a limited time, trade in $20 of video games, consoles, or accessories and get a $20 bonus credit toward BEYOND: Two Souls in addition to your trade-in value.
For those keeping track at home: trade in $20 worth of old games or consoles, and you’ll get $40 worth of trade-in credit… meaning your copy of Beyond: Two Souls will cost you just around $20. Of course there are terms and restrictions to the offer–it must be done before October 31, other trade ins and gift card restrictions may apply, all the legal jargon, and so on. Be sure to check the full text of the promotion in the link above. But, if you’ve been eagerly anticipating the Ellen Page/Willem Dafoe supernatural action game, this is certainly one enticing offer.
Beyond: Two Souls will be released in North America next week, and while SonyRumors doesn’t (at this time) have review coverage planned, check out the latest Gaming with Heather column for her thoughts on the game’s demo, currently available on the PlayStation Network.

Are you planning to purchase Beyond: Two Souls? If you weren’t, does this offer make you more likely to?
