Despite a lack of support from EA, Sony remains committed to the PlayStation Vita. To that end, as revealed by Sony Worldwide Studios President Shuhei Yoshida, there are “many, many” first party games in development for the Vita. Some of those titles include:
- Freedom Wars
- Oreshika (JRPG)
- Murasaki Baby
- Helldivers (Cross Platform)
- CounterSpy (Cross Platform)
Luckily for gamers, those aren’t the only titles coming out of Sony for the Vita. After the jump, we have a few more to share with you.
@MNeko Freedom Wars, Entwind, Murasaki Baby, Oreshika, Helldivers, Hohokum, Counter Spy, Fat Princess and BigFest are all first party titles

Other first party games in development for the Vita include:
- Entwined
- Hohokum
- Fat Princess
- BigFest
That puts the number of announced first party games in development for the PS Vita at 9 with lots more games headed to the console from third party developers and indie studios. Not too bad, I say.
