You know those beautiful and ultra-slim Sony 4K TVs (the X900C and X910C) that we’ve been telling you all about for the past 6 months? Well they’re finally available for purchase in the US and Europe. Coming in at just .2-inches thin, the X900C series is the world’s thinnest 4K TV and was shown off at CES 2015. Since that time, Sony has launched a series of other 4K TVs, including their flagship X930C & X940C with HDR though if you’re looking for something less feature-packed, you can always opt for the X830C 4K sets which start at just $1,299.
More details after the jump.
As of today, you can purchase the X900C series directly from Sony or retailers like Best Buy and Amazon. The X900C come in three sizes:
- XBR-55X900C – $2,499
- XBR-65X900C – $3,999
- XBR-75X910C – $5,499
though the 75-inch model is US only. Alongside the ultra-thin profile, Sony’s entire 2015 lineup features Android TV which promises to be leaps and bounds better than your traditional ‘smart TV’ with fluid and robust apps.
If you’re looking for 4K material, you’ll also have access to YouTube and Netflix, both which now offer native 4K content.
