With Samsung having recalled the Galaxy Note 7 line in all markets (which will cost the company north of $3 billion), Sony Mobile is ready to step in and fill the hole left by the leading Android OEM. How, you ask? By releasing a Deep Pink color as an exclusive in the UK. According to Xperia Blog:
We knew that a ‘Deep Pink’ version of the Sony Xperia XZ was being planned, but we had no idea when or where it would make an appearance. Well now O2 has confirmed that it will exclusively sell the Deep Pink Xperia XZ variant in the UK. O2 has this new colour in stock right now.
All jokes aside, the Deep Pink seems like Sony’s answer to Rose Gold and it’s a pretty good looking color. For those hoping to get Deep Pink, it will likely be a bit of a wait but it’s expected that Sony will bring the color to more carriers over time. As for North America, it’s highly unlikely we’ll see this color offered here.

Would you go with the Deep Pink color if offered?
