This week, PlayStation released a highlight reel showcasing its PS Vita Spring Releases featuring upcoming and recently-released titles. This news comes on the heels of the Vita getting some features removed, like YouTube and Maps. However the Vita is a gaming system – and that’s what should matter. Some of the new titles include: Oreshika: Tainted Bloodlines, Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number, and Toukiden: Kiwami. Check out the video after the jump.
Also included in the highlights were PS Now and PS 4 titles compatible with Remote Play. And let’s not forget that the Vita is also an Indie Machine with a whole host of Indie titles to fill in the gaps between major releases. With all the talk of the Vita’s demise, it’s nice to see developer support for the system. Personally, I am looking forward to Toukiden, and Oreshika. If this highlight reel is anything to go by, we will enjoy another solid round of games coming out this year. On top of all this, it looks like Sony is trying to drum up excitement for Uncharted 4 by putting the the original on PS Now, and I would suspect that 2 and 3 will follow suit.
