Earlier today, it was revealed that Japanese giant NTT DoCoMo would be the first carrier to provide the Sony Xperia Z4. Mostly a tweaked or perhaps finished vision on the Xperia Z3, the Xperia Z4 provides some nice tweaks for Xperia fans with older devices though a harder sell for those with already an Xperia Z3.
However, since the phone’s reveal, there has been little news about its international rollout but one leaker believes news will come soon.
Famous tech leaker Evan Blass, who previously revealed the arrival of the Xperia Z3v on Verizon, is once again pointing to a launch of the new flagship on Verizon.
Coming to Verizon: iPad mini 4, Xperia Z4, GPad X 8.3, Desire 526

With Verizon already a carrier partner with Sony, the reveal isn’t all that surprising. Hopefully his remarks just mean that we’ll hear something sooner rather than later from Sony and Verizon.
Discuss:
Does Sony also need AT&T as a partner if they are to achieve real market penetration in the US?
