For some reason, people are really into articles like this and since I love to please all of you, here it is. The file size for No Man’s Sky, the ambitious and often delayed indie title from Hello Games has been revealed. It’s worth noting that despite the game having gone gold, the final space required could be much larger in size as other components are often delivered via day one downloads.
For those asking – size of No Man’s Sky on disc is just 6GB. A lot of that is audio (⌐■_■)

Luckily if you think your PS4 can’t handle that, upgrading the drive is an easy task. Still, I can’t help but think that the final game will indeed be much larger as it’s rumored to support VR that’s likely not part of the shipped build and will come in the form of a free DLC at a later date.
As for me, one of the best things I ever did was upgrade my PS4 on day one to a 1TB drive, seeing how I’ve gone digital downloads only. Either way, there you have it – No Man’s Sky will take up a puny 6GB on the retail Blu-ray disc which can hold either 25GB or 50GB worth of data.
