It wouldn’t be Sony and specifically Sony Mobile without a leak and what we have today is potentially their 2017 model. Specifically, it’s believed to be the Xperia XA successor though it certainly could just be whatever replaces the Xperia X. Still, with a lack of obvious fingerprint sensor on the power button, I’d wager we’re looking at the Xperia XA. According to the leaked renders, the phone’s measurements come in at:
5-inch / roughly 145 x 66.8 x 7.99mm / USB-C (moniker TBC)
This might be the #SONY #XPERIA XA successor, on behalf of @Slashleaks… https://t.co/QHxOGxVdZj pic.twitter.com/uroE857WqI

As always it’s best to take these things with a grain of salt but seeing how Sony has a pretty terrible track record with having their renders leak, I wouldn’t be surprised if this was accurate. It’s unclear at this point if we’ll see any new phones from Sony at CES, which they just announced their keynote date and time for or if we’ll have to wait till IFA and/or MWC for them to unveil their 2017 slate.
